RADE began providing microcredit loans in 1997 with the help of Catholic Relief Services. It is based in Sohag, one of Egypt’s poorest areas. RADE became a Grameen-Jameel partner in 2003.

Outreach:

RADE reaches more than 12,000 active borrowers with a loan portfolio of more than $2.2 million. Its goal is to reach more than 50,000 active clients by 2010.
